Harvard's Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership Program – Open for Applications

Learn how attention to organizational structure can lend new insight into effective sustainability leadership.

Applications are now open to take part in Harvard University’s
four-day residential program in Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership from November 1-4, 2016. Open to senior leaders from across all sectors, participants will learn powerful new strategies for enacting high-impact sustainability leadership that positions sustainability as a driver of organizational engagement, authenticity, agility, innovation, and change-capability. Participants will learn how attention to organizational structure can lend new insight into effective sustainability leadership—a transformative framework called Core Business Innovation for Sustainability (CBI-S). The program offers a complete introduction to the CBI-S framework and a certificate of participation.
To learn more about the CBI-S framework, watch our January 20 Webinar, A model for creating agile, innovative and change-capable organizations with Leith Sharp, Director of Harvard’s Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership program.
