CCUNESCO accepting applications for its Youth Advisory Group

The Canadian Commission for UNESCO (CCUNESCO) has positions to fill in its Youth Advisory Group (YAG). If you are between the ages of 18-30, are actively engaged in your community, and connect with UNESCO’s mission and vision, submit your application.

Members of YAG help identify the issues and concerns of youth in their communities, provide recommendations, and help develop new initiatives and activities locally, regionally and nationally. They also take part in UNESCO-related events, such as the Annual General Meeting and consultations in preparation for the UNESCO Youth Forum, and act as liaisons between their organizations and networks, and the Commission. YAG members are key players to ensure youth engagement in UNESCO programmes and activities in Canada.
