Webinar: The Problem Solver’s Companion – 10 Steps to Starting a Social Enterprise
November 14th, 2019
We are pleased to be working with our partner Mount Royal University in presenting a webinar featuring Shaun Loney’s new resource: The Problem Solver’s Companion: A Practitioners Guide to Starting a Social Enterprise in Canada. It is a useful guide for anyone looking to start a social purpose venture or for educators and mentors working with anyone interested in “social enterprise”.
This webinar will offer attendees the chance to hear directly from Shaun himself as he walks you through his lived experiences and his approachable, easy-to-read guide on navigating the journey that is starting a social enterprise. The Companion offers many tips and lessons from the field, and at many scales, from the mindset and motivations of the individual to the entire system one may be trying to shift.
When: November 14th, 2019 01:00 PM EST
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Shaun Loney has co-founded and mentored 11 social enterprises, including BUILD Inc, which won the 2011 Scotia Bank EcoLiving Green Business of the Year, and the 2013 Manitoba Apprenticeship Employer of the Year.
